What is Food City Alerts?
Food City Alerts is a program that lets customers opt-in to receive text message notifications from Food City. To subscribe to marketing updates such as event or product information, text SPECIALS to 23765 to join English text message group; text ESPECIALES to 23765 to join Spanish text message group.
Is it free?
Messages and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier. Message frequency is varies.
What if I don’t want to receive any further notification messages?
If you are registered in the English text message group, Text STOP to 23765 to cancel the Food City Alerts service. If you are registered in the Spanish text message group, Text ALTO to 23765 to cancel the Food City Alerts service. After doing so you may receive an opt-out confirmation, and then will no longer receive any texts from Food City.
What if I want more info?
You can call our Support Center at (800) 755-7292 for more information.
Commands
STOP: At any time, you can text STOP to 23765. This will prevent you from receiving any future texts from Food City.

¿Qué es el Servicio de Food City Alerts (Alertas de Food City)?
Food City Alerts es un servicio que da la oportunidad a clientes de Food City a eligir a recibir mensajes de texto con actualizaciones de marketing, como información sobre eventos o productos.
